While career coaches may abound, those who understand lawyers, legal professionals, and the legal profession may be more highly specialized. But in a profession where careers are marked by transitions – from associate to partner, from in-house counsel to more senior management roles, or from practicing attorney to a manager or supervisor – some find that with the input of the right career coach, that transition and the related adjustments can make the process smoother, faster, and more satisfying. Just what can and do career coaches do? When do you need one and how do you know? What should you look for in a career coach? What’s the most effective way to find and use a career coach? What are the barriers for diverse attorneys in accepting offers of coaching from their firms? Do those who are diverse need a coach who reflects the same diversity? Why or why not?

IILP is delighted to partner with the Chicago Bar Association to present, "Is It Time for You to Get a Career Coach?" featuring three of the best executive coaches for lawyers, each with a unique specialty:

  • Ellen Ostrow of Lawyers Life Coach
  • Jill Lynch Cruz of JLC Consulting
  • Toni Wells of Bespoke Marketing Partners

PLEASE NOTE:  Registering here will NOT enable you to earn CLE credit. If you wish to earn CLE credit for attendance at this webinar, you will need to register at www.chicagobar.org/cle or call (312) 554-2056; there is a registration fee of $25 for Chicago Bar Association members and $30 for non-members.
