IILP Review: The State of Diversity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession

The IILP Review: The State of Diversity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession (“IILP Review”)” targets the busy practicing lawyer, judge, law student or other professional who works within the legal profession and who is interested in diversity and inclusion issues but requires that relevant information be more easily and readily accessible. It includes:

  • In-depth examination and review of cutting edge diversity and inclusion research and programs.
  • Updated statistical data about the legal profession’s diversity and inclusion.
  • A recap of diversity and inclusion trends and practices, with a focus upon those that are most interesting/promising/provocative/etc.
  • A round-up of new diversity and inclusion trends and initiatives.
  • Analyses of and thought leadership on different facets of diversity and inclusion issues.

A hard copy of the IILP Review is available to all the attendees of the State of Diversity and Inclusion symposia. Copies are also provided to the career services offices of accredited law schools and available as a free download on the IILP website.
